MessageExport is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that makes it easy to save emails in a variety of formats, including .EML, .PDF and .MSG, among others.
MessageExport can export 1 or 100,000 emails from Outlook to .eml format. Apply a naming scheme to exported files. Integrates with Sharepoint Server. Save to a zip file, and add password protection. Many more features.
Can convert some attached files to an image within the PDF, or can attach the files within the PDF.
